Strategic Planning At Pilgrim Place 2025 Documents

Pilgrim Place is embarking on the development of a new Strategic Plan to succeed the 2022-2027 Strategic Plan.  Leif Cameron, our CEO, designed the planning process. He asked the residents who serve on the Board to prepare a summary of resident responses to five open-ended questions. In response the Resident Board Members conducted a Town Hall event on 30 June 2025 and a survey that concluded on 1 July 2025. 

On 18 July 2025, at the Moderator’s debrief on the July TMX meeting, the Board Representatives provided a brief update on outcomes of the soundings on the CEO questions. The links to that brief presentation and to the more detailed findings presentation are provided below:
